Hillhouse Group is a family-owned business operating throughout Scotland. The company is a major supplier of aggregates, asphalt, readymix concrete, concrete products and road surfacing and civil engineering services to the construction industry and civil engineering sectors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional administrator, initially for 6 months, to carry out work for our Health and Safety Department.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the creation and management of a health and safety management system on an electronic platform.
- Responsible for the accurate control of documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
**Person Profile**
- Preferably have knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations but not essential.
- Strong Administration skills.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, personable with good relationship building skills.
- Should be able to work autonomously and possess a positive, proactive attitude.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full UK driving licence.
**Job Type**: Temporary - 6 months
**Salary**: £10.90 per hour rising to £12 per hour in April
