Weighbridge Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate the weighbridge and accurately record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Perform data entry tasks to record and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Proficient in data entry and office software such as Microsoft packages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and computer literacy
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, filing, and record keeping
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
