About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and service support, to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Process Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a strong emphasis on resolving customer queries and concerns.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve customer service.
