About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, with excellent administration and computer skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism and resilience.

  • Basic Salary – up to £23,500 per annum depending on experience.
