About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our in-store management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a medium to large in-store team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
