Role Overview

As a key member of our Key Accounts Team, you will be responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of large scale third party relationships (TPI) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers.

As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service, you will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day experience of excel is required.

The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements. You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively manage and develop existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  4. Provide accurate and timely reporting on customer interactions and sales performance
