Sales Development Representative

Job PurposeThe Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in driving the client pipeline for our Fortune 500 clients. This individual will be responsible for managing a sales region or industry and executing various sales campaigns via phone and email to generate leads and accelerate a sales-ready pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate sales leads to strengthen outbound activity and meet client goals
- Work with the team to develop a pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue goals within a metrics-driven environment
- Educate and influence clients on the optimal sales solution to move the sale forward
- Identify key decision-makers, build and maintain relationships, and build trust with stakeholders
- Conduct discovery calls, schedule appointments, and prepare detailed call summaries for Account Executives and sales partners
- Associates degree or higher preferred (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment
- Outbound calling experience within a business environment is preferred
