We are seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join our team at Aspire People Limited. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting schools to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with school staff to develop and implement attendance strategies
- Liaise with parents and carers to support students in improving their attendance
- Collaborate with the Education Welfare Officer to ensure effective attendance support
- Refer students who are not meeting attendance targets to relevant agencies
- Previous experience as an Attendance Officer in a school setting
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
