Job Title: Hardware Deployment Engineer

At Russell Tobin, we are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Deployment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure deployment team, you will be responsible for the technical installation and deployment of our state-of-the-art technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site and remote technology hardware deployment works to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Manage logistics, time, and activities related to tasks assigned, providing detailed reports and feedback on all deployment works.
  • Assist in the creation and development of tools and artefacts for use by the Hardware Deployment Engineer Program and Infrastructure Deployment Team.
  • Provide support to the Director - Global Infrastructure Deployment as required, supporting the department in achieving its goals.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with good time management and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS, SQL, WIM, and configuration processes.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS (ideally Ubuntu).
  • Knowledge of IT hardware parts and assembly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Business-level English language skills.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 70% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: BA/BA Bachelors Degree and Professional IT-related qualification.
  • Hotel Industry Experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience.
  • PowerShell, Power Automate, and BI knowledge.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous.
