Insite Stores Manager

We are seeking an experienced and professional Stores Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our stores and logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers are happy and have a great experience.
- Resolve client complaints and issues that may arise.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure equipment and supplies are well stocked.
- Develop and implement agreed stores management services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes.
- Consistent delivery of agreed specific KPIs and targets.
- Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
- Work with team to plan and manage stock in line with specific requirements.
- Leadership experience in a retail or logistics environment.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of business practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficient in office package – excel, word etc.
- Well-organised, excellent multitasker with time management skills.
