Job Overview:
As a Trainee Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company in the community while being self-employed, promoting our products directly to potential customers at their homes. You will work in a team, building relationships and educating consumers on the benefits of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with residents in your assigned area to promote and sell our products.
- Build rapport with potential customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide outstanding follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
