Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role will involve engaging with new clients via outbound sales calls, attracting high-value clients, and driving game-changing new wins.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Executive to take on a challenging role in our dynamic RPO & MSP division. The successful candidate will report directly to our management team and play a key part in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
