About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Esland. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for our young people.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the wellbeing and development of our young people, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic care and activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Engage in regular training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the creation and management of a safe and healthy living environment, promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of our young people.

Requirements:



  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable).
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK (essential).
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential).
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential).
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential).
