Thrive Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant with Special Educational Needs experience to support a child at a lovely primary school close to the town of malmesbury.

The child in question is in Year 4 and has complex needs so the school are after someone who has prior experience in this area as they need someone who can come in and hit the ground running

Skills and experience you will need:

* An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults

* Good organisational skills

* Flexibility and creativity

* Enjoy working with children

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Ability to manage groups of pupils and deal with challenging behaviour

* Patience and a sense of humour
