Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, while driving account growth through strategic sales initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop our existing customer base through daily account calls and on-site health checks.
  • Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms to our existing customers.
  • Retain customers through building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
  • Act as a point of contact for account queries and collaborate with our support teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
  • Experience in managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking individual with a high-energy and proactive approach.
  • Proven experience of working with and exceeding targets.
