Urban Planning Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. Based in Kent, our client is seeking an experienced Urban Planning Specialist to join their RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and related documentation.
  • Conduct site appraisals and research planning policies.
  • Liaise with local authorities, clients, and contractors.
Requirements
  • A degree in Town Planning or related discipline, accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Some relevant experience in planning, ideally in a design or architectural context.
  • An interest in working on projects with a focus on traditional architecture and local materials.
