Job Description:

We are seeking an Estate Planning Specialist to join our team at the Elite Touch Group. As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs, managing probate matters, and advising on estate planning to ensure efficient wealth transfer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs
  • Managing probate matters
  • Advising on estate planning
  • Handling complex estate planning cases
  • Assisting with contested probate cases
  • Providing compassionate advice to clients
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Driving the department forward

Requirements:

  • Experience in all aspects of private client work
  • Confident telephone manner
  • General administration duties
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Location: London (Flexible working options available).
