Project Management Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines project management skills with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Officer to join our team at Flowserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DCIQ process for Aftermarket offerings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of repair orders.
- Manage repair orders from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and submit proposals, review customer purchase orders, and resolve any discrepancies prior to order acceptance.
- Coordinate with sub-suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for orders and ensuring timely updates.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project execution, performance, and safety.
- Ensure all projects meet department and customer Key Performance Indicators, driving company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Engineering-related qualification (HNC or above) or significant related work experience.
- Background in pumps or equipment repair processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
