Project Manager Associate Job Description

Flowserve is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Associate to join our team in Newark. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for supporting the DCIQ process and managing repair orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer inquiry documents and address technical and commercial requirements.
  • Develop DCI routers and work scope routers using inspection reports and customer information.
  • Ensure sub-suppliers comply with technical specifications and contract requirements.
  • Develop quotations using job pricing information and scheduled component deliveries.
  • Review customer purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies prior to acceptance.
  • Coordinate and manage sub-supplier requests, replacement parts, and labor estimates.
  • Ensure clean handover of orders to the project coordination team.
  • Support ordering processing and project coordination as required.
  • Manage customer experience and provide updates as requested.
Requirements:
  • Engineering-related qualification (HNC or above) or significant related work experience.
  • Background in pumps or equipment repair processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Able to complete work on time and to required specifications.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively to meet company and customer expectations.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems navigation.
