We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our Newark QRC, you will play a critical role in supporting the DCIQ process for our Aftermarket offerings and managing Repair orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement DCI routers, work scope routers, and job pricing based on inspection reports and customer specifications.
- Ensure sub-suppliers comply with technical specifications and contract requirements.
- Coordinate and manage sub-supplier requests, replacement parts, and labor estimates.
- Review customer purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies prior to acceptance.
- Manage the customer experience by acting as the main point of contact and providing updates as requested.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety.
- Ensure all projects meet department and customer Key Performance Indicators.
- Engineering-related qualification (HNC or above) or significant related work experience.
- Background in pumps or equipment repair processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Able to complete work on time and to required specifications.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
