Project Manager - Flowserve

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines project management skills with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team at Flowserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the DCIQ process for Aftermarket offerings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of repair orders.
  • Manage repair orders from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and submit proposals, review customer purchase orders, and resolve any discrepancies prior to order acceptance.
  • Coordinate with sub-suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for orders and ensuring timely updates.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project execution, performance, and safety.
  • Ensure all projects meet department and customer Key Performance Indicators, driving company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Engineering-related qualification (HNC or above) or significant related work experience.
  • Background in pumps or equipment repair processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
