Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Accounting & Finance team at Page Personnel Finance as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review accurate and timely Accounts Receivable reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to manage accounts and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline procedures and improve financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Apply financial data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in audits and support the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
