Accounts Assistant

At Sterling Pharma Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including purchase orders and expenses claims.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to negotiate the best terms, cost, quality, delivery, and service for our suppliers.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop and implement systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Previous experience in a similar accounts role.
- Studying towards or be AAT qualified.
- Sage Line 50 experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
