Support Services Role

CV-Library is seeking a Support Services Officer to join our Adult Care Services team in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide critical support to our teams and help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Senior Officers with confidential matters, answer phone calls, and serve as the first point of contact.
  2. Provide business and administrative support, including document preparation, database management, and report updating.
  3. Perform various administrative tasks, such as note-taking, filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying.
  4. Manage day-to-day operations, including cash handling, correspondence, invoices, and timesheets.
  5. Coordinate team commitments, schedule meetings, arrange training courses, and book venues.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in service delivery or a business-related qualification is highly desirable.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, customer care expertise, and efficient administration skills.
  • You must be self-motivated, approachable, and willing to adapt to changing priorities while adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
Benefits and Salary

This is a full-time, 3-month contract position working Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £12.65 per hour, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting our teams and driving business success.
