About the Role

The successful candidate will drive the day-to-day success of our business by coordinating, administering, and delivering tasks that support our operations. Key responsibilities include meeting coordination, purchasing, reporting, onboarding new staff, and other administrative duties.

  • Liaise with our IT support provider for resolving technical issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Set up and issue IT assets to new employees, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

This role also includes undertaking an ICT Apprenticeship via virtual learning sessions, receiving guidance from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches.
