As a Business Operations Coordinator at CV-Library in Watford, Hertfordshire, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for carrying out coordination, administration, and delivery of tasks that support our business, including meetings, purchasing, reporting, onboarding new starters, and other administrative tasks. This is an apprenticeship role where you will undertake an ICT Apprenticeship, delivered via virtual learning platform sessions with specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage IT issues by liaising with our provider and installing/configuring hardware/software/networks/printers/scanners.
  2. Set up and issue IT assets to new staff, monitoring/maintaining computer systems and networks.
  3. Manage software licenses and accounts for new users, documenting procedures and processes.
  4. Participate in backup and recovery protocols, assisting in implementing training materials/manuals/online documentation.
Office Administration
  1. Take ownership of internal projects across departments, updating contact information as required.
  2. Update the Document Management System, formatting approved documents to company branding.
  3. Issue DSE equipment, purchase office supplies/kitchen area/stationery/DSE items etc.
  4. Use online Health & Safety system to record Risk Assessments and information as required.
  5. Assist in staff moves, maintaining/replenishing office supplies (kitchen area, stationery, DSE items).
  6. Book hotels/travel as required, manage meeting room diaries.
  7. Ensure a clean and tidy office environment, setting up meetings within Outlook/Teams.
Apprenticeship Details

This role offers a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard delivered via a virtual learning platform with support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches.

Benefits include a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits suitable for a full-time position.
