Our care assistants are the backbone of our service, supporting clients with their personal care needs, assisting with medication, and helping with daily tasks like shopping and mealtimes.

What You'll Do:
  • Support clients with personal care needs
  • Assist with medication and daily tasks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You'll also need to be resilient and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Don't worry if you don't have experience in social care - we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (Monday-Friday) and £12.00 per hour (Saturday-Sunday), plus paid training and shadowing opportunities.
