We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing invoices using our bespoke invoicing system
  • Conducting checks on client booking platform reports and service provider data to ensure accuracy
  • Uploading invoices to Sage Line 200 and investigating any discrepancies
  • Liaising with staff and service providers to maintain excellent client satisfaction
  • Monitoring billing team emails using Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other client booking platform reports
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
