We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and managing invoices using our bespoke invoicing system
- Conducting checks on client booking platform reports and service provider data to ensure accuracy
- Uploading invoices to Sage Line 200 and investigating any discrepancies
- Liaising with staff and service providers to maintain excellent client satisfaction
- Monitoring billing team emails using Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other client booking platform reports
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
- A comprehensive benefits package, including holiday, pension, and training opportunities
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home
