Etrak Client Services Support

**Purpose**:
To assist with daily reporting, supplier service level management, client queries and claims, returns and general administration. This is an ideal role for an attentive, driven individual with a desire to take on a dual role liaising with clients, internal TDG teams and suppliers, with the opportunity to progress into other roles within TDG based on performance.
**Main areas of accountability**:
- Daily Client Service Level Monitoring and Reports
- Daily ETrak Reporting, including item advised, exceptions and checkweigh reports.
- Raising, Tracking and Resolving Client Claims
- Monitoring Carrier/ Supplier performance by country and escalating any issues for immediate investigation.
- Managing Client Returns and Queries
- Managing ETrak Issues and liaising with the TDG Operations team
- General Daily Administration and Reporting
**Essential Experience**:
- Used to dealing with multiple administrative priorities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Must be able to liaise with staff internally as well as service providers to always ensure client satisfaction.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office suite - Primarily Excel
- Basic knowledge of Outlook
- Used to working to deadlines and SLA’s.
- Experienced in following procedures.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Confident and friendly in nature
- Has exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confident in recognising patterns in reporting to raise issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce
- General office administration experience
- Knowledge of international mailing - Customs requirements, HS Codes, DDU/DDP/IOSS services etc
**Training/Qualifications**
- No formal qualifications are needed for this role, full training will be provided
