To ensure that MIS/OPUS documents are up to date and supplied in a clean, standard format.
- To establish and maintain excellent relationships, based on trust and reliability, with all relevant internal departments and with client contacts
- To manage multiple ongoing projects, with over-lapping timelines, to a high standard, within budget
- Maintain an effective method and strategy for reporting the cost and success of all forms of despatch
- Notify Account Management teams of any issues, or changes, in booking-in or delivering any client projects at the earliest possible opportunity
- General office administration, including:

- Answer the telephone and respond to queries
- Customer liaison
- Ensure all project and general administration paperwork is filed correctly and in a timely manner
- Attention to detail
- General operations and project specific, including:

- Ensure that address lists are kept up to date in MIS.
- Liaise with 3rd parties regarding deliveries and collections to and from the site as necessary
- Raise DTS labels accurately and send POD reports in a timely fashion, within agreed SLA timings, where appropriate
- Book couriers and raise delivery notes
- Ensure all documentation is created in good time for all deliveries and accurately file Delivery Notes
- Reconcile Delivery Note descriptions with physical deliveries, query any differences and progress chase any missing components etc
- Create and supply all Product Labels, Pallet Labels and Carton Labels in good time for packing
- Create pick sheets in good time for packing
- Maintain spreadsheets in a real-time basis covering stock levels for all pallet racking and external storage including client and DS Smith stocks, incorporating any call-offs
- Update and maintain all orders within in-house system, including call-offs, ad-hoc requests, new store openings, weekly campaigns, KPI spreadsheet reporting and store queries
- Learning all areas of Logistics for additional coverage
- Booking Transport when required
- Any other reasonable request
