Kenton Black Finance is supporting a business based in the Salford Quays area who have been operating for over 30 years. The company provides a professional team who specialize in bespoke installations, fit outs, and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working hours are an option, and you could work from home on a Friday.

Your new role as the Finance Administrator:

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Finance Manager with matching purchase invoices to POs
• Input all purchase invoices
• Provide staff training, including CSCS and SMSTS
• Answer phone calls
• Manage wages, holiday/absent logs, and vehicle maintenance
• Oversee new phone contracts and utilities
• Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
• Conduct PAT testing and assist with IT issues
• Support the MD as needed

**Requirements:**

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to take ownership and be organized
• Reliable and proficient in Excel and Word
• Sage 50 experience is advantageous but not essential

**What We Offer:**
