We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at the Liberty Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Assist in managing contractual requirements for various projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide strong administrative support for maintenance works, including coordinating schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with customers and clients to meet their expectations and provide excellent service.
  • Job Validation: Validate each job to ensure all necessary information is available and up-to-date.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory information is updated, logged, and recorded in relevant systems.
  • Operational Support: Assist Supervisors and Site Managers in prioritizing and scheduling tasks, and provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative tasks and good organizational skills.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordinator experience with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate a computerized database system and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
