Job Title: Business Support Administrator

At Liberty, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of contractual requirements, administrative support for maintenance works, and coordination of programmed works schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide strong administrative support for maintenance works, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate programmed works schedules, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Work closely with customers and clients to meet their expectations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Validate each job to ensure the required information is available, and update regulatory information as necessary.

  • A competent and organized individual with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong coordinator experience, with a focus on good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
