Job Description:Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager with various tasks, including:
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
- Inputting all purchase invoices
- Staff training, including CSCS and SMSTS
- Answering phone calls
- Managing wages, holiday/absent logs, and vehicle maintenance
- Managing new phone contracts and utilities
- Ordering PPE, uniforms, and stationery
- PAT testing and IT support
- Assisting the Managing Director as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Take ownership of tasks and projects
- Organized and reliable
- Basic Excel and Word skills
- Sage 50 experience is advantageous but not essential
Benefits:
- A salary of up to £29,000
