Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager with various tasks, including:

  • Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
  • Inputting all purchase invoices
  • Staff training, including CSCS and SMSTS
  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing wages, holiday/absent logs, and vehicle maintenance
  • Managing new phone contracts and utilities
  • Ordering PPE, uniforms, and stationery
  • PAT testing and IT support
  • Assisting the Managing Director as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Organized and reliable
  • Basic Excel and Word skills
  • Sage 50 experience is advantageous but not essential

Benefits:

  • A salary of up to £29,000
  • Pension scheme
