Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Assist in managing contractual requirements for various projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide strong administrative support for maintenance works, including coordinating schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with customers and clients to meet their expectations and provide excellent service.
  • Validation and Verification: Validate each job to ensure all necessary information is available and ensure regulatory information is up-to-date and logged correctly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in prioritizing and scheduling tasks to maintain high levels of service delivery and support supervisors to meet contractual requirements.
Requirements
