Job Overview

Kenton Black Finance is supporting a leading business in the finance sector who have been operating for over 30 years. The company provides a professional team who specialize in bespoke installations, fit-outs, and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for a Financial Operations Coordinator to work on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working hours are an option, and you could work from home on a Friday.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Manager with financial tasks, including matching purchase invoices to POs and inputting all purchase invoices.
  • Provide staff training, including CSCS and SMSTS.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage wages, holiday/absent logs, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Oversee new phone contracts and utilities.
  • Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery.
  • Perform PAT testing and assist with IT issues.
  • Support the Managing Director as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Sage 50 is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits
