Service Coordinator for Adult Care Specialist

Role Overview:
The Service Coordinator for Adult Care Specialist will lead high-performing teams to deliver seamless services across boundaries, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.
This role requires a strong understanding of best practice and a passion for improving children's lives and practitioners' continuous professional development.

- Oversight and management of Team Managers, Social Workers, Personal Advisors, and an education advisor
