We are looking for a highly skilled Young Adult Mentor to join our team in Adult Social Care. As a mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering young adults leaving care to achieve their full potential.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Establishing trust-based relationships with care leavers
- Supporting the development of essential life skills
- Responding promptly to crisis situations
The salary range for this position is £26,000 - £32,000 per year. We value flexibility and a willingness to travel within Cheshire East and occasionally work outside office hours.
