Senior Manager for Young Adults

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a senior management role at our Childrens Homes in Crewe. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of staff members, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Your primary focus will be creating a supportive environment for the residents, promoting their overall well-being and happiness.
To be considered for this position, you must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or be working towards it. A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home is also required. Additionally, you must have in-depth knowledge of current legislation, such as the Children's Homes England Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards 2015. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per year, with bonus opportunities discussed during the interview process.
