Compliance Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting lawyers and clients through all aspects of the KYC and AML processes.
- Handling client and matter setup, due diligence procedures, and conflict checking.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
- Identifying risks and deficiencies, and escalating appropriately to mitigate issues.
- Managing a busy caseload while handling urgent ad hoc requests from the business.
Requirements:
- Advanced Word and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations.
- Enhanced written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous approach to handling data and producing accurate reports.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
