**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of client onboarding and compliance processes while working closely with legal professionals. You'll support lawyers and clients through all aspects of the Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including handling client and matter setup, due diligence procedures, and conflict checking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lawyers and clients to ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and due diligence procedures.
  • Streamline client onboarding processes and maintain trusted relationships across the business.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
  • Identify risks and deficiencies, and escalate appropriately to mitigate issues.
  • Manage a busy caseload while handling urgent ad hoc requests from the business.
What We're Looking For:
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills, with experience in case and database management.
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations, and the ability to analyze complex onboarding tools and systems.
  • Enhanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide others through complex processes.
  • A meticulous approach to handling data and producing accurate reports.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to handle a dynamic workload.

**Salary Estimate:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
