About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and selection process for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize workload to ensure efficient and timely recruitment services
  • Deal with telephone and face-to-face callers to the department
  • Input vacancy information onto ESR and NHS Jobs website, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Generate correspondence/documents relating to the recruitment process
  • Ensure effective Pre-Employment monitoring system in place
  • Liaise with appointing managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Deputy Director of People & Professionalism, Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinators
Requirements
  • Educated to Vocational Level 3 (NVQ3) in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualifications or significant equivalent previous knowledge & experience
  • Maths & English GCSE Grades 4 and above or equivalent
  • Intermediate word processing, MS Office Word and Excel
  • CIPD qualification at Level 3
  • Minimum 2 years experience of working in a Human Resources role/background or similar with proven knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge or experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Previous experience of working in the recruitment field
