Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including conducting referencing checks, verifying right to work, and following up on gaps in employment history and non-compliant references
- Coordinate with the Registered Manager to complete additional forms and risk assessments as needed
- Plan and book all new employees onto necessary training to ensure compliance to work for the business
- Liaise with existing employees to organize required documents for submission of repeat DBS applications
- Liaise with existing employees to obtain documentation such as new driving licenses and passport evidence upon expiry of old evidence
- Previous experience in recruitment and compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance procedures
