Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize workload to ensure an efficient, timely, and customer-focused recruitment service.
- Deal with telephone and face-to-face callers to the department, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Input vacancy information onto ESR and NHS Jobs website, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Generate correspondence/documents relating to the recruitment process.
- Ensure an effective Pre-Employment monitoring system is in place to chase outstanding checks in a timely manner.
- Liaise with appointing managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing advice and ensuring processes run smoothly.
