About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adult Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing a professional, quality, and customer-focused recruitment service for Livewell Southwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize workload to ensure an efficient, timely, and customer-focused recruitment service.
  • Deal with telephone and face-to-face callers to the department, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Input vacancy information onto ESR and NHS Jobs website, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Generate correspondence/documents relating to the recruitment process.
  • Ensure an effective Pre-Employment monitoring system is in place to chase outstanding checks in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with appointing managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing advice and ensuring processes run smoothly.
