The Sales Performance Manager position at Complete Roofing Systems Ltd offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to contribute to our company's success.

About the Role

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve high levels of outbound calls and email activity to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities through online research, social media, and other methods.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and secure meetings for our Business Development Manager.
  • Follow up on outgoing tenders with clients and update the sales team as necessary.
  • Liaise with various internal teams, including estimating, business development, and management.
  • Manage and maintain our internal CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Support the sales team and assist with various tasks.
  • Generate sales reports and present to the team during sales meetings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior construction experience is necessary, but it would be advantageous.
  • Previous B2B outbound sales experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to work towards KPIs and report results to management.
  • Strong lead qualification skills.
  • Robust and tenacious approach to sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability.
  • Proactive, driven, and confident attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent results.
Benefits
