  • Coordinate and manage client and care professional schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

  • Collaborate with the Registered Care Manager to identify and address any scheduling or operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the home care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and care professionals.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
