Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client and care professional schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and care professionals to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Care Manager to identify and address any scheduling or operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and care professional information, including schedules and communication logs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve care services and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the home care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and care professionals.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
