The Ernest Gordon Recruitment team is seeking an experienced Luxury Lighting Sales Professional to join their esteemed client in London. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role in advancing the company's reach in the UK and beyond.

About the Role:
  • This dynamic position offers a comprehensive training program, led by the company's highly skilled Design Director, ensuring the successful candidate has the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
  • You will be responsible for mapping out the market, identifying key clients and brands, and developing strategic business relationships.
  • A strong focus on product training will equip you with the expertise needed to effectively communicate the value of the company's cutting-edge lighting solutions to high-end clients.
  • Your workload will be managed autonomously, allowing you to proactively develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Regular meetings with clients, typically 2-3 times a week, will provide you with the opportunity to showcase the company's products and solutions.
  • You will also attend industry exhibitions and events, further expanding your professional network and promoting the company's brand.
  • Managing existing key accounts will be an essential aspect of this role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focusing on selling through interior designers and architects will help establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity for international travel, providing exposure to global markets and industries.
