Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Children & Families service as a Social Work Specialist. You will work as part of a team of Social Work and Family Support staff to identify and address local need and risk, promote community wellbeing, and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying a caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
We offer a competitive salary of $48,704 - $62,912 per annum, along with a range of benefits including:
- 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service).
