Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Administer medication according to the client's needs
- Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in activities

Requirements:
- Must have experience working in healthcare or social care
- Must have a valid DBS check
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
