We are seeking a dedicated Medication Assistant to join our team in the Stirling area, providing medication management services in a healthcare setting.
Job Description- Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
- Monitor patient responses and report any concerns or adverse reactions to relevant authorities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans, prioritizing patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Hold current registration with the SSSC and possess a valid car driver's license
- Demonstrate expertise in medication management, with experience in similar settings preferred
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
